In order to meet the needs of consumers across various industries, XIMA has not only developed a wide range of drives with diverse applications and power ratings, but has also produced a selection of auxiliary equipment, taking into account various technical and industry-specific standards.

This section presents a list of these accessories along with their corresponding technical and functional specifications.

External Keypad

The XIMA external keypad can be mounted on the panel door and allows for remote control of the drive by extending the connection cable. It provides full access to monitoring, adjustment, and control of parameters, similar to the main (built-in) keypad.

Xima Touch module (Micro-USB)

The XIMA Touch Module, equipped with a Micro-USB interface, is designed to enable communication between smartphones and XIMA drives. This module allows for drive configuration, software updates, and other related functions.

Some of its key features include:

  • Accessing and configuring drive parameters via smartphone

  • Creating backup files of parameter settings and transferring them to other drives

  • Predefined settings for various industrial applications

  • Remote connection to XIMA service center for expert configuration support

  • Monitoring real-time parameters and viewing error history

Xima Touch module (USB)

The XIMA Touch Module, equipped with a USB interface, is designed to establish communication between a smartphone and XIMA drives. It enables drive configuration, firmware modifications, and other related operations.

  • Creating backup files of parameter settings and transferring them to other drives

  • Predefined configuration profiles for various industrial applications

PG-EnDat (Encoder Card for Elevator Application)

The PG-EnDat encoder card is specifically designed for gearless motors in elevator applications. It features a digital/discrete output suitable for various industrial uses.

Key features of this card include:

  • A 5-meter cable connecting the drive to the PG card, allowing installation near the encoder and eliminating the need to modify encoder wiring

  • Socket-based connection to the drive via a 5-meter network (LAN) cable

PG-SinCos (Encoder Card for Elevator Application)

The PG-SinCos encoder card is specifically designed for gearless motors in elevator applications. It features a continuous (analog) output, suitable for a variety of industrial uses.

Key features of this card include:

  • A 5-meter cable connecting the drive to the PG card, enabling installation near the encoder without the need to modify the encoder wiring

  • Socket-based connection to the drive via a 5-meter network (LAN) cable

PG-i5 (Encoder Card for Elevator Application)

The PG-i5 encoder card is designed for geared motors used in elevator applications. It features a 5 V output and a data transmission speed of 1024 pulses per second, making it suitable for various control applications.

Key features include:

  • Dedicated drive-compatible card for closed-loop control

  • Encoder type: Incremental

  • 5-meter cable between the drive and the PG card, enabling installation close to the encoder without the need to extend encoder wiring

  • Socket-based connection via a 5-meter LAN cable to the drive

  • Automatic direction detection after motor tuning – no need to swap A/B pulse signals if motor direction is reversed

PG-i12 (Encoder Card for Elevator Application)

The PG-i12 encoder card is designed for geared motors in elevator applications. It features a 12 V output and a data transmission rate of 1024 pulses per second, making it suitable for various industrial control scenarios.

Key features include:

  • Dedicated card for the drive, intended for closed-loop operation

  • Encoder type: Incremental

  • 5-meter interface cable between the drive and PG card, allowing installation near the encoder without modifying encoder wiring

  • Socket-based connection to the drive using a 5-meter LAN cable
